Where are you?
you who will personify His love
you who will embrace me
who will hush the storm within my heart
who will remove all my fears
all the uncertainties
and wipe all my tears
and strengthen my hands whenever i’m weak
and my back whenever i can no longer bear the pain?
‘til when will i go impatient
‘til when will i wait for you to come?
when will you satisfy my yearnings
when will you come to my rescue
and answer the deep questions of my soul?
will you still come?
or will i just wait ‘til i say: ‘goodbye world’
without having a hint of where you are
a faint sight of your shadow
